  • Collaborate with the Senior Project Engineer to prepare detailed project estimates and proposals.
  • Develop project documents, ensuring accurate and timely submission of submittals and other documentation.
  • Participate in project meetings, documenting key discussions and action items.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet required standards.
  • Track submittals and opportunities, maintaining up-to-date records and follow-up actions.
  • Support the development and integration of new systems and technologies within the company’s projects.
  • Coordinate logistical aspects of project execution, including procurement and scheduling.
  • Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, standards, and best practices.
  • Support the configuration and solution development of IT systems used in security projects.
  • Maintain and update system documentation, including network diagrams, system configurations, and user guides.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of cybersecurity measures to protect security systems from potential threats.
  • Attends and supports local and remote site surveys.
  • Develops and modifies new and existing standards, processes, and manuals.
  • Effectively represents Evergreen Fire and Security in a professional and inviting manner to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Ensures compliance with safety policies.
  • Reads and comprehends blueprints, project instructions, and company forms.
