- Client Communication & Scheduling: Develop a basic understanding of dredging operations and equipment. Communicate with customers for off-site troubleshooting and repairs. Schedule on-site visits with minimal disruption and cost for both the customer and the company.
- Data & Reporting: Understand the data generated by tracking systems and comprehend why the systems are needed, including how the data is utilized. Provide accurate and timely reporting of progress on tasks and projects to relevant stakeholders.
- Inventory & Record Keeping: Manage and track inventory for field operations, ensuring parts availability. Maintain accurate documentation of support work performed, including equipment costs and other expenses.
- Problem Solving: Proactively solve issues to minimize downtime. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth field operations and customer satisfaction.
