Responsibilities
- Conduct Production Control and Quality Assurance within an Intelligence Maintenance Support Activity.
- Forecast, schedule and work loading within an Intelligence Maintenance Support Activity.
- Perform installation, integration, configuration, employment, preventive maintenance, and precision alignment.
- Support detailed and complicated diagnostics, troubleshooting, corrective maintenance, electronics monitoring, and teardown of complex Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) and systems supporting SIGINT, FISINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, CI, TECHINT and OSINT.
- All Source Intelligence for tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, production, and dissemination at all echelons from tactical to national in multi-domain environments.
- Conduct installation, de-installation, reconfiguration, modification work orders, and updates of computer hardware and software in local, regional, or global intelligence architectures including NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, TDN2, Special Access Programs (SAP) networks, and coalition networks.
- Assist with configuration assessments, fielding, testing, modernization, reset, de-fielding, demilitarization, and disposal of sensitive equipment.
- Inspect, test, diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance on complex antenna and radio frequency distribution systems.
- Perform tests on electrical, electro-optical, and electro-mechanical equipment using multi-meters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, bit error rate testers (BERT), and signals survey equipment.
- Other complex / specialized test measurement and diagnostic equipment (TMDE), wire diagrams, logic and signal flow charts, technical manuals, troubleshooting charts, performance aids, schematic and logic diagrams.
- Perform harmonic distortion test, wave ratio measurements, impedance mismatches measurements, reflectometry test, and other distortion tests to isolate faults and take corrective action.
- Repair phase matched and fiber optics cables.
- Perform pre- and post-flight inspections on Aerial-Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance Systems (A-ISR) mission equipment and data links.
- Conduct Resourcing Repair Parts within an Intelligence Maintenance Support Activity (IMSA).
- Manage a calibration program.
- Conduct maintenance training.
- Manage a safety program for an IMSA.
- Prepare equipment for transportation or shipment.
- Prepare maintenance, property accountability and transportation forms and records.
- Associate's degree in Electronics or related field from an accredited college / university and four (4) years of relevant experience; OR
- Six (6) years of military or civilian equivalent training in Military Intelligence (MI) Systems Maintenance and Integration.
- Information assurance certifications for Tier III computer, servers, networks and global intelligence architectures integration and maintenance (six months waiver for Tier II certification).
- Possess IAT Tier I and II as applicable for the roles and functions of computing environment positions.
- Government reserves the right to require Tier III certification for any positions performing IAT Level III functions (six months waiver authorized with verified Tier II certification).
- Must be a US Citizen with Final Top-Secret Clearance based upon a TIER 5 Background Investigation, and favorable eligibility determination for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) IAW ICD 704.

ResponsibilitiesMajor Job Activities:
- Provides oversight of operational and programmatic functions, leveraging Site Leads and supervising Program Management Office (PMO) staff.

- Acts as the program’s Security Manager, tracking and coordinating SCI nominations / performing QA, checking personnel clearance status, and coordinating with corporate security.

QualificationsEducation / Certifications:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science from a Center of Academic Excellence designated institution or accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology, Inc. within the past five (5) years is strongly preferred.
- Completion of the Department of Defense (DoD) Cyber 101 (CY101) training course. DoD civilians and military service members that currently hold a non-cyber related functional community qualification must complete the CY101 training course.
- Complete a cyber-related certification found in the DoD 8140 qualification repository and maintain that certification according to its requirements.
- Certifications currently associated with DCWF Work Role 801 (Program Manager) are preferred, including: Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Security Officer (CISSO), GIAC Foundational Cybersecurity Technologies (GFACT), GIAC Security Leadership (GSLC), or Rocheston Certified Cybersecurity Engineer (CCE).
- At least Five (5) years of experience as a supervisor and/or Project Manager.
- Must have proven experience in working with government customers.

- The Electrical Engineer will provide in-depth research and analysis of foreign systems in support of US Navy efforts to develop and validate weapon design, countermeasures, and tactics.
- Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Perform inspections on HVAC systems and components (e.g. heating units, building exhaust fans, ventilation units, etc.) to evaluate condition, identify necessary repairs, and recommend or perform preventive maintenance. Cleans, lubricates, and repacks the working parts of the system.

Responsibilities
- Provide test support to the TROJAN NexGEN Test Program using TROJAN NexGEN capabilities.
- Train TROJAN personnel in execution of the TROJAN NexGEN Test Program on SIGINT Software baseline including but not limited to GLAIVE, SALVAGE, ONEROOF, UIS, Team Sentinel and other analytical tools.
- Direct experience on using a TROJAN or TROJAN enabled system including but not limited to GLAIVE, SALVAGE, ONEROOF, UIS, Team Sentinel and other analytical tools.
- Work closely with the TROJAN Service Desk to resolve trouble tickets and establish user accounts and coordinate for users access to national databases.
- Directly interfaces with TROJAN customers and trains TROJAN NexGEN SOVT procedures specific to the TROJAN Software baseline to TROJAN NexGEN SOVT Tester Support Team.
- Review Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and technical design packages to ensure mission systems user requirements are addressed.
- Provide direct support to the TROJAN Capability Development Branch in Systems Operational Verification Tests; Functional and Physical Configuration Audits.
- Track changes to TROJAN NexGEN hardware and software baseline; participates in the TROJAN NexGEN Configuration Control Board (CCB); recommend mission specific changes to the TROJAN baseline.
- Provide support to TROJAN Active Directory, SIGINT Tools / Applications, Dataflow routing, User account requests, account creations, troubleshooting and fixes.
- Assist with system site surveys as required.
- Review and provide recommendations to improve TROJAN NexGEN Test Program.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Associate degree from an accredited university or college and two years of direct work experience.
- Degree requirement waivered with four years of direct experience in equivalent military or advanced technical testing or training. Minimum eight years of technical / intelligence experience supporting multi DoD entities including Army Theater Intelligence Brigades.
- Must be a US Citizen with Final Top-Secret Clearance based upon a TIER 5 Background Investigation, and favorable eligibility determination for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) IAW ICD 704.
- Some positions or assignments may require a Counterintelligence (CI) Scope Polygraph, especially those requiring access to TDN2.
- Minimum of three years of advanced experience specializing in SIGINT mission software and operations.
- Minimum of two years of technical experience with SIGINT system testing.
- Minimum of two years of experience operating and conducting health and status checks of TROJAN systems.
- Expert level in testing TROJAN NexGEN SIGINT Software baseline capabilities, including:
- Detailed knowledge in the conduct of System Operational Verification Testing of TROJAN NexGEN systems.
- Detailed understanding of TROJAN dataflow requirements.

ResponsibilitiesMajor Job Activities:

QualificationsEducation / Certifications:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science from a Center of Academic Excellence designated institution or accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology, Inc. within the past five (5) years is strongly preferred.
- Completion of the Department of Defense (DoD) Cyber 101 (CY101) training course. DoD civilians and military service members that currently hold a non-cyber related functional community qualification must complete the CY101 training course.
- Complete a cyber-related certification found in the DoD 8140 qualification repository and maintain that certification according to its requirements.
- Certifications currently associated with DCWF Work Role 801 (Program Manager) are preferred, including: Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Security Officer (CISSO), GIAC Foundational Cybersecurity Technologies (GFACT), GIAC Security Leadership (GSLC), or Rocheston Certified Cybersecurity Engineer (CCE).
- At least Five (5) years of experience as a Program Manager, Supervisor, and/or Project Manager.
- Candidate must have proven experience in working with government customers.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the repair, rebuild, or overhaul of major assemblies of internal combustion automobiles, buses, trucks, tractors or generators.
- Maintain wheeled vehicles, their associated trailers and material handling equipment systems.
- Inspect service, maintain, repair, replace, adjust and test wheeled vehicles and material handling equipment systems, subsystems and components.
- Service automotive electrical systems including wiring harness and starting and charging systems.
