Your OpportunityThis full-time role is about making an impact on people’s lives and the future of clean energy. As a Quality Inspector in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the Quality Performance and Safety Business Line in the Installed Base Business Unit. The Quality Operations Group is responsible for compliance/oversight inspection and surveillance activities related to outage and in-house facilities activities I.A.W. Framatome Quality Assurance Program requirements, Framatome performance and continuous improvement expectations. The Quality Inspector is responsible for activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory, Framatome, and customer requirements. You will perform various types of QC inspections including receiving inspection, in-process and final inspections on electrical, mechanical and visual products at Framatome facilities, supplier shops and customer location. This role conducts physical measurements and tests of components as needed to verify quality characteristics. You must be able to pass Fitness-for-Duty screening and testing for access to nuclear power plants. Your work will include:
  • Conducts oversight and verify products for compliance to procedures.
  • Performs QC inspection duties performing inspections at Framatome facilities in Lynchburg and other locations as needed.
  • Conducts physical measurements and tests of components as needed to verify quality characteristics.
  • Utilizes judgment and experience to identify issues which affect product quality in manufacturing areas.
  • Utilizes judgment and experience to identify procedural and process weaknesses in manufacturing areas.
  • Conducts independent verification of completion of actions reported as complete within the corrective action program.
  • During outage assignments must be able to work 12-hour days 6 days a week. (Including either day or night shifts)
  • Reviews/analyses data and documentation for acceptance of products /processes.
  • Be willing and able to travel and support inspection and oversight activities at US and Foreign utilities during peak outage seasons for weeks at a time.
  • Be competent to perform tasks that may impact on health and safety in the workplace.
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the quality field.
  • Intermediate computer skills including job specific programs, spreadsheets, word processing.
  • Ability to read and understand procedures, specifications and drawings and to evaluate documentation for compliance with design specifications.

  • Bathymetric mapping / hydrographic survey experience preferred.
  • Must be mentally and physically capable of performing all essential duties required of the position.
  • Must have intermediate verbal and written communication skills for both internal and external relationships.
  • Must be able to effectively present information before groups of clients or employees.
  • Must be able to perform intermediate mathematical calculations.

  • The Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect is responsible for providing technical guidance to ensure the integrity of Dynamics 365.   • Lead end-to-end solution architecture design and implementation for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
  • Responsible for implementing and maintaining Dynamics 365 best practices and architectural governance.
  • Provide strategic guidance on Solution Architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance optimization.
  • Conduct Fit/Gap Analysis to assess business requirements and develop effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
  • Facilitate Integration with third-party systems to streamline data flows and enhance system efficiency.
  • Conduct Business Process Improvement initiatives to optimize ERP functionalities and maximize ROI.
  • Gather technical requirements; work with Dynamics 365 team, other IT teams, and business groups to define project requirements.
  • Work with project manager to help determine timelines, project tasks and lead requirements gathering process.
  • Develop technical solution designs and implementation plans. Lead end-to-end solution architecture, including system design, integrations, customizations, and security considerations.
  • Enhance efficiency of development, testing and release process.
  • Document technical risks and issues, and actively work to avoid, mitigate, and resolve risks.
  • Investigate problems to establish real or hidden causes and develop creative solutions to solve these problems.
  • Participate in the full development lifecycle process. Oversee system configurations, data migration strategies, and deployment pipelines to ensure smooth project implementation.
  • Mentor existing technical resources in architecture and governance of Dynamics 365.
  • Demonstrate an interest in learning new technologies important to the Microsoft Dynamics platform.
  • Create software deployable packages with custom code and ISV solutions.
  • Perform full lifecycle application development in D365, including configuration, coding, unit testing, code walk-through, debugging and code deployment, utilizing Microsoft Azure DevOps and employing coding standard and patterns.
  • Oversee the effective support of the D365 applications to include proactive engagement in the remediation of software issues such as application code defects, configuration issues, custom code quality, pattern/data mismatch and security issues across the integrated business systems.
  • Collaborate with business and other technical personnel to ensure each implementation phase or development activity is executed in a quality and timely manner and follows SDLC best practices.
QualificationsSkills & Proficiencies:
  • 10+ years of experience working with Dynamics 365 at an enterprise level.
  • 7+ years of full life cycle implementation experience with Dynamics 365 F&O
  • 5+ years of specific knowledge of core Dynamics 365 F&O development tools, including X++ and C#, experience with SQL Server, Dataverse and Power Platform within Dynamics 365 ecosystem, knowledge of working with REST APIs including Microsoft Graph.
  • 5+ years of experience in delivering configurations/advanced customizations, client-side enhancements, integrations, and programming in Dynamics 365 Solution.
  • Dynamics 365 Certifications preferred.
  • Source Code Management experience (Azure DevOps)
  • Previous experience in a development leadership role
  • Proficiency with the following finance modules preferred:
  • General Ledger
  • Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
  • Project Management in Accounting.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 ISVs, specifically HSO’s aec360 a plus.
