- Possess a proven history of meeting project deadlines and budgets.
- Experience with MicroStation Open Roads Designer, Autodesk Civil3D a plus.
- Demonstrated skills developing plan sheets for ITD (Idaho Transportation Department), ACHD (Ada County Highway District), LHTAC (Local Highway Technical Assistance Council) and/or other local transportation districts.
- Microsoft Office software applications (including MS Project) experience required.
- Demonstrated verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrates “best practices” techniques and a willingness to learn.
- Adaptability and ability to respond quickly and accurately under pressure.
- Attendance, punctuality and reliability required.
- Desire to obtain future professional licensure is preferred.
