- Communicate incidents and planned outages to the user community and to DHA’s Operations and Sustainment Branch (OSB) support team
- Create, administer, and maintain Active Directory (AD) and Group Policy objects (GPO) within the Site Organizational Unit (OU) as Site Administrator permissions allow
- Report Site changes or maintenance that could impact the OSB’s monitoring, visibility, or access to any Enterprise managed equipment or services
- Perform and provide results to the OSB of post-outage checks following Enterprise service outages
- Assist 61 MDS Property Custodians with pick-up and drop-off of equipment from the IT Computer Warehouse
- Perform tech refresh of 61 MDS IT equipment to include removing hard drives from old computers
- Document equipment adds/moves/changes as required by 61 MDS Property Custodians
- Provide support for medical information systems (MIS) deployed to and used by the 61 MDS
- Participate in all exercises, inspections, and special events
- Record hours worked in the Defense Medical Human Resources System – internet (DMHRSi) system, or other system, as required by the MTF
- Other duties as required.
