- Establish KPI’s to measure and control department performance and create action plans to improve / correct deviations
- Ensure accuracy of data in ERP system including locations, quantities on hand, and value.
- Be a leader in our effort of Continuous Improvement as it pertains to Safety, Quality, On-time Delivery and Cost metrics.
- Participate in SIOP meetings and provide all necessary supporting data / metrics
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
- Ensure timely and accurate material movement transactions (receipt, put-away, pick, issue, ship)
- Work closely with carriers to ensure products are shipped and delivered per customer delivery schedules.
- Work with HR, Maintenance, and Manufacturing Engineering to ensure adequate safety procedures and equipment are in place for all team members
- Lead root-cause, corrective-action exercise for transportation or material delivery related issues
- Manage Raw and FG Materials Warehouse projects on time and within budget
- Enforce and implement company policy, safety rules and regulations
- Provide effective team leadership to develop and maintain a robust team. Mentor and assist others in expanding their skill sets and knowledge base.
- Up to 5% minimal travel is required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Material Management, Logistics, Supply Chain or any associated field or equivalent level of experience.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively build and lead teams and can relate to people at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient with ERP systems (JDE a plus).

- Isolates the nature of trouble and extent of adjustment or repair required on refuel/cross-feed mechanisms and, pumps, pressure relief valves, fuel bladder removal, installation and leak detection/repair, and other aircraft fuels accessories.
- Diagnoses malfunctions and overhauls fuels accessories by disassembling, cleaning, and examining parts for corrosion, wear, scratches, cracks, or other damage, replacing gaskets, and worn parts.
- Reassembles accessories, adjusting, and testing to ensure proper operation IAW standards in technical specifications such as technical orders, microfilm, manufactures specification manuals, part supply books, and blueprints and schematic diagrams, rigs cables and adjusts associated fuels equipment on, and other aircraft features involving fuels.
- Fabricates fuel, oil, and vacuum hose lines, makes modifications of aircraft fuel equipment as required by technical orders, uses standard and specialized tools and measuring devices of the trade to complete assignments.

With an eye for detail, this position requires the ability to manage multiple projects at once, a passion for collaboratively crafting impactful pursuit materials, and an ability to effectively communicate the NV5 Brand. Experience in graphic design, RFQ preparation, copywriting, and database management are essential. The role will divide time between guiding projects and carrying out tasks to completion. Must be detail-oriented, work well in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong design, writing, editing, communication, organization, and computer skills with attention to detail. Responsibilities:Essential Position Functions:
- Lead Qualifications/Proposals/Annual Qualifications development and production
- Assist with BD process including Short List materials, Interviews etc.
- Assist with Go/No-Go process and Capture Plans
- Develop and maintain marketing materials i.e., resumes, project sheets, brochures, etc.
- Digital Asset Management
- Project and Client Database Management / CRM Data Entry
- BA/BS/ or AS degree with a concentration in Marketing, Graphic Design, Journalism or Communications
- Experience in Environmental Consulting, Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or commercial real estate organization
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, strong competency with InDesign as the principal layout tool
- Experience managing the development and production of marketing proposals
- Editing and tailoring existing materials, which may include interviewing staff/technical experts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Outlook specific)
- Project and Client Database Management (CRM)
- Experience with Data Asset Management
Expected salary: $33.65 - 38.46 per hour
