- You will have a 50/50 split between clinic and OR: 2 days in clinic & 2 days in the OR
- You will be on 4 call shifts per month
- APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program
- AANP or NCCPA certification
- Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one, BLS certification and DEA
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process

Together, we form a team of compassionate individuals dedicated to purposeful work.Care to join us and make a real impact?Job Title:Infant Care Product Specialist - Nashville (TN, MS, and AL)Job Overview:The Infant Care Product Specialist, reporting to the Infant Care Regional Manager as part of the Respiratory and Acute Care team, will support the marketing and sales activities for all Infant Care products in the hospital market through direct sales force of Respiratory Sales Representatives in the US. This role involves calling on NICU's, PICU's, and ED's, meeting with key decision makers (Physicians, Respiratory Therapists, Nurses) within those departments to drive clinical practice change.Candidates must live in the covered territory, near (or within one hour drive) a major airport.Primary Responsibilities Include:Field support:
- Partner with Respiratory Sales Representatives (RSR's) to support the sales process, including joint customer presentations, product evaluations, and sales negotiations.
- Coach teams on strategy with customers' multiple stakeholders to change clinical practice and adopt therapies appropriately according to clinical evidence.
- Foster engagement and teamwork among the RSRs to align their approaches through the activities mentioned herein.
- Engage in prospect identification, market penetration, and market-sizing activities for each product to support Channel Manager, and RSR's.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to set short-term and long-term goals and manage priorities.
- Keep track of activities, notes, and appointments through mobile CRM.
- Maintain high technical and clinical knowledge related to the core Infant Care products and the Infant Care Continuum.
- Ensure that RSR's have technical expertise enabling them to sell products effectively, including providing promotional materials, tools, product training, and relevant clinical papers.
- Attend Trade Shows and Clinical Symposiums
- May be asked to present at Symposiums on an as-needed basis
- Provide field support for New Product Launches
- Work with the Training Manager to ensure that RSR's are correctly trained on therapies, clinical research, products, features, and benefits through New Hire, Advanced, Regional, and National Sales Meeting training.
- Advise content updates and additions to regularly scheduled training
- Achieve assigned territory budget
- Other duties as assigned
- 3-5 years of proven sales experience (medical device experience a plus), OR 3-5 years of clinical experience in a hospital environment (NICU, PICU experience a plus).
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent job experience preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, presentation and computer skills, including the use of Excel pivot tables (familiarity with Microsoft Project preferred, but not required)
- Up to 75% of time spent in the field with customers

- Leading and managing a team of Infant Care Specialists to ensure high performance and motivation to work with Infant Care Dealers and collaborate with RAC sales team
- Lead and Guide Infant Care Dealers on messaging and technical expertise of infant care products.
- Providing input into the national sales plan to address market conditions and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of sales plans for the region to achieve sales targets
- Conduct regular field visits with the sales team to evaluate their performance, interact with dealers/RAC team members, and provide coaching and development to team members.
- Review and authorize sales proposals and cost models to ensure economic returns for Fisher & Paykel and its customers.
- Manage customer relationships to ensure Fisher & Paykel quality processes are followed and to maximize customer relationships.
- Review and authorize sales team expenses to ensure compliance and achievement of the business plan
- Prepare management reports to advise management on the progress against the regional sales plan and to identify competitor activity.
- Minimum of 2-3 years in a sales leadership role, sales management, sales training, or senior sales representative
- Ability leading and motivating sales team preferred
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales goals on a consistent and sustained basis
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships both internally and externally of F&P.
- Knowledge of competitor products and business strategies
- Knowledge of markets and associated clinical requirements
- Negotiation and presentation skills
- Training and Coaching Skills preferred
- Multi-state territory management experience preferred
