- 7+ years of experience in marketing/proposal preparation role with a professional services firm
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
- Exceptional written communications and editing skills
- Experience leading a team and providing strategic direction
- Understanding of, or interest in, the energy engineering/sustainability industry
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks with accuracy
