Responsibilities
  • Assist in the repair, rebuild, or overhaul of major assemblies of internal combustion automobiles, buses, trucks, tractors or generators.
  • Maintain wheeled vehicles, their associated trailers and material handling equipment systems.
  • Inspect service, maintain, repair, replace, adjust and test wheeled vehicles and material handling equipment systems, subsystems and components.
  • Service automotive electrical systems including wiring harness and starting and charging systems.
  • Diagnose the source of trouble and determine the extent of repairs required; replacing worn or broken parts such as piston rings, bearings or other engine parts; grinding and adjusting valves; rebuilding carburetors; overhauling transmissions and repairing fuel injection, lighting and ignition systems.
  • As required, assist in oversight or escort for contractors on repair / renovation projects.
QualificationsEducation / Certifications:
  • A High School Diploma / General Educational Development (GED) and a formal apprenticeship OR equivalent vocational training OR four years of military experience or equivalent to the 91B.
Security Clearance Requirement:
  • Must be a US Citizen with a current Secret level Security Clearance (based upon a Tier 3 Background Investigation).

Responsibilities
  • Prepare Architectural and Engineering drawings of facilities, facility systems, and infrastructure in support of facility operations, maintenance, repair, and construction.
  • Perform design and drafting assignments requiring advanced working knowledge of design / drafting standards, practices, and techniques.
  • Perform fieldwork, site surveys and facility investigations to collect architectural, engineering, and infrastructure data needed for the completion of drawings and details.
  • Develop and maintain a drawing database of supported facilities worldwide.
  • Maintain all supported worldwide facility and utility drawings and service to a variety of engineers and architects.
  • Execute daily functions required for efficient operation of multiple hardware, software, and databases.
  • Conduct a variety of tasks to analyze and improve the operation efficiency.
  • Prepare, revise and change engineering drawings on CADD System.
  • Gather supporting data and prepare detailed drawings, which show dimensions and specifications of facility, utility, and related information.
  • Meet designated schedule deadlines for delivering drawings.
  • Prepare detailed layout, assembly, and working drawings, files and index drawings.
  • Ensure plans are in accordance with project scope, client specifications, and standards.
  • Works from sketches, notes, and other input material to produce computer generated drawings, overlays, graphs, and charts.
  • Use technical data from specifications and site surveys, prepare drawing documentation for engineering change proposals and engineering installation plans for installation / upgrade of complex electronic communications equipment.
  • Define and prepare illustrations for technical publications including INSCOM / IC regulations and pamphlets.
  • Prepare documentation for briefings and technical reports.
  • Ensures configuration identification by reviewing design release documents for completeness, proper authorization, and system updates. Authorizes the release of drawings and software configuration changes specified by management and other functional groups.
  • Responsible for configuration status accounting. Tracks all problems and changes in product documents and reports changes and current configuration.
  • Responsible for configuration audits.
  • Supports audits to verify that requirements of all baselines have been met. Supports quality assurance process audits and manage staff of configuration specialists for a new software development application.
  • As required assist in oversight or escort for contractors on repair / renovation projects.
QualificationsEducation / Certifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Design Engineering or Engineering Technology with seven (7) years of experience in Engineering Drafting using AutoCADD and 3D drafting using Revit, OR
  • Twelve (12) years of Military equivalent experience in engineering drafting using AutoCADD and 3D drafting using Revit.
Security Clearance Requirement:
  • Must be a US Citizen with Final Top-Secret Clearance based upon a TIER 5 Background Investigation, and favorable eligibility determination for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) IAW ICD 704.

Responsibilities
  • Lead technician with oversight of entire Weapons Specialist / Small Arms project; including delegation of tasks and review of work product at customer facilities.
  • Responsible for developing technical solutions in collaboration with internal or external subject matter expertise.
  • Ability to show an advanced understanding and application of standards, principles, and technical concepts in performance of inspections of client facilities and report findings / corrective actions to varying levels of customers’ chain of command.
  • Travel world-wide to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, to include technical inspections on small arms weapons.
  • Communicate with program, Government, external organizations, and vendors on daily basis; report finding / decisions to program leadership.
  • Perform Two Level PMCS: Quarterly Services and Annual Gauging as required.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot malfunctions, and conduct repairs on various complex military weapons.
  • Review work orders and discuss work with supervisor and/or site lead.
  • Disassemble weapons, assemblies, sub-assemblies, and other components to diagnose malfunctions.
  • Perform small arms inspection, maintenance, and minor repairs as required.
  • Conduct Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) of all work; conduct operational checks and final inspections to ensure maintenance repairs are complete IAW Applicable Technical Manual (TM).
QualificationsEducation / Certifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and minimum of five (5) years of experience troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing weapons such as, but not limited to the following: the M9, M11, M17, M18 Pistol, M4, M16 Rifle, M14, M500 Shotgun, M2, M249, M240 Series Machine Gun, M203, M320, and MK19 Grenade Launcher and previous exposure to Arms Room procedures.
Security Clearance Requirement:
  • Must be a US Citizen with a current Secret level Security Clearance (based upon a Tier 3 Background Investigation).
Experience / Skills:
  • Must possess an Armor Certification or Industry standard Gun Smith certification(s).
  • Must have previous Arms Room management experience.
  • Process a valid state driver's license.
  • Must have knowledge of gunsmith tools and procedures, as well as knowledge of firearms operating principles.
  • Basic knowledge of U.S. Army maintenance standards and logistics information systems (GCSS-A).
  • Prior military or civilian equivalent experience in Military Occupational Skill (MOS) 45B, 45K or 91F desired.
  • Experience using required tools (i.e., hand and power tools, hammers, punches, files, stones, precision gauges, test instruments, and alignment devices) in making repairs, modifications, and adjustments.
  • Experience performing Quarterly PMCS and Annual Gauging IAW applicable TM. Defense contracting experience troubleshooting, inspecting, and repairing military weapons.
  • Knowledge in completing necessary documentation such as DA Forms 2404/5988E, Equipment Inspection and Maintenance Worksheet, DA Form 2407 Maintenance Request, DA Form 2407–1 Maintenance Request Continuation Sheet, DA Form 5990 and other applicable DA / DoD forms.
  • Be thoroughly familiar with U.S. Military Technical Manuals (TMs). Must have knowledge of gunsmith tools and procedures, as well as knowledge of firearms operating principles. Must be able to accomplish the work un-supervised.
  • Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions to include intense heat, heavy wind, blowing sand, heavy rain, and snow and sleet.
  • Must be able to stand for a minimum two continuous hours.
  • Must be able to lift more than 70lbs on occasion and at least 45lbs on a routine basis.
  • Must be able to function with an intermediate level of English oral and written language skills.
  • Must be able to travel worldwide for long periods of time; this position requires TDY travel to INSCOM units worldwide to conduct weapons maintenance and inspections at least 75% of the time.

Responsibilities
  • Perform installation, integration, configuration, employment, preventive maintenance, precision alignment, detailed and complicated diagnostics, troubleshooting, corrective maintenance, electronics monitoring and teardown of complex Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) and systems.
  • Support SIGINT, FISINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, CI, TECHINT, OSINT, and All Source Intelligence for tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, production and dissemination at all echelons from tactical to national in multi-domain environments.
  • Conduct installation, de-installation, reconfiguration, modification work orders and updates of computer hardware and software in local, regional, or global intelligence architectures including NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, TDN2, Special Access Programs (SAP) networks and coalition networks.
  • Assist with configuration assessments, fielding, testing, modernization, reset, de-fielding, demilitarization and disposal of sensitive equipment.
  • Inspect, test, diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance on complex antenna and radio frequency distribution systems.
  • Performs tests on electrical, electro-optical, and electro-mechanical equipment using multi-meters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, bit error rate testers (BERT), and other complex and specialized test measurement and diagnostic equipment (TMDE), wire diagrams, logic and signal flow charts, technical manuals, troubleshooting charts, performance aids, schematic, and logic diagrams.
  • Repair analog and fiber optics cables.
  • Perform pre and post-flight inspections on Aerial-Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance Systems (A-ISR) mission equipment and data link.
  • Submit standard and non-standard repair parts requests.
  • Prepare equipment for transportation or shipment.
  • Prepare maintenance, property accountability, and transportation forms and records.
QualificationsEducation / Certifications:
  • Associate's Degree in Electronics or related fields from an accredited college / university and two (2) years of relevant experience or four (4) years of military or civilian equivalent training in Military Intelligence (MI) Systems Maintenance and Integration.
  • Information assurance certifications for Tier I and II computer, servers, networks and global intelligence architectures integration required for technicians performing in computing environment; six-month waiver authorized.
Security Clearance Requirement:

Responsibilities
  • Provide continuous integrity of highly classified and complex physical security systems installed in U.S. 251 Forces operational facilities worldwide. Travels to supported units / sites to apply engineering and technical expertise with Intrusion Detection Systems, Physical Security Enhancement System (PSEP), and access control systems.
  • Provide GSA Container, vault, and pedestrian door locking device Inspection, maintenance and repair as required by supported MSC S2/SSO.
  • Maintain Electronic Security Systems (ESS) as required by supported MSC S2/SSO to include semi-annual IDS testing for protected facilities.
  • Apply advanced technical state-of- the-art integration of engineering models or prototypes, major system modifications to physical security systems, operations with fire detection and suppression systems, environmental systems, station power, and grounding systems to National Code and INSCOM configuration management regulations, standards and requirements.
  • Perform complex Electromagnetic Interference / Radio Frequency Interference (EMI/RFI) analyses and make recommendations for mitigation. Maintain baseline information for U.S. military unique physical security systems.
  • Perform complicated diagnostics, fault isolation, and maintenance of complex electronic analog and digital communications, telecommunications equipment, and Radio Frequency (RF) systems High Frequency through Microwave (HF through MW).
  • Representative of this equipment are antennas, preamplifiers, receivers, demodulators, converters, fiber optic systems, computers, graphic workstations, printers, recorders, analog and digital displays, input / output devices, Local Area Network (LANs), and test equipment.
  • Configure, test, and install unique proprietary computer software and hardware for physical security systems. Perform software updates and modifications, graphics changes, additions, historical and operating system backups.
  • Conduct site surveys, analyze physical security system and network requirements, produces complex network diagrams, and provide recommended solutions to accommodate system and network evolution. Evaluate proposed computer hardware and computer network systems to determine technical feasibility, costs for implementation, and operational adequacy.
  • Provide classified technical documentation and training to technical personnel on the modification, integration, and installation of network equipment, configuration of network software, and installation of proprietary system software on electronic communication equipment.
  • Provide life cycle support of physical security system software and hardware, configuration management, research and identify replacement Logical Replacement Units (LRU) for equipment and system upgrades, and trains technical personnel on system software and other special and unique applications.
  • Research, design and install tailored systems and technologies to support reconfigured facilities.
  • Operate Built-In Test Equipment (BITE) and Automated Test Equipment (ATE).
  • Provide technical support for access control and intrusion detection systems such as voice, data, biometric, and or wireless access denial systems installed in Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF).
  • Support U.S. Army systems on site whenever and wherever deployed. Available to deploy to other countries and/or theaters to perform quick reaction technical support to U.S. forces worldwide, military contingency missions, and requirements in potentially hazardous work environments.
QualificationsEducation / Certifications:
  • Associate's degree in Electronics or related field from an accredited college / university with eight (8) years of experience in physical security systems; OR
  • Ten (10) years of military or civilian equivalent technical training.
Security Clearance Requirement:
  • Must be a US Citizen with Final Top-Secret Clearance based upon a TIER 5 Background Investigation, and favorable eligibility determination for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) IAW ICD 704.

Experience / Skills:

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for electrical infrastructure of Unit facilities ensuring power to mission critical facilities maintained to include developing repair and renovation of electrical projects.
  • Provide technical assistance and support in electrical maintenance, repair, installation, troubleshooting, and hands-on repairs.
  • Install and maintain low-voltage (480/277, 600 volts) and below (50/60 HZ) single and multi-phase power wiring. Install feeder and branch circuits including conduit, service wire, fuse and breaker panels, switches, 235 outlets, junction and outlet boxes, lighting fixtures, splices, connectors, and ground wiring for red and black installations. Ensure that the material used, and workmanship meets the requirements of the applicable technical and safety standards.
  • Knowledgeable of all current safety policies, procedures, and personal protection equipment (PPE) required for their assigned job description IAW OSHA safety standards. This includes, but not limited to, fall protection requirements and confined spaces. Technician shall wear appropriate safety equipment at all times while performing their assigned task.
  • Attend periodic safety training classes related to the job description.
  • Provide detailed reports on equipment failures, maintenance requirements, and lifecycle replacements.
  • Submit work order documentation to DPW for building / equipment repairs.
  • Perform a weekly inspection and a monthly load test on the Emergency Power Supply Systems (EPSS). Records shall be created and maintained for all EPSS inspections, operational tests, exercising, repairs, and modifications. NFPA 110 and manufacturer recommendations shall be used as a guide for routine maintenance and operational testing. A written schedule for routine maintenance and operational testing of the EPSS shall be established and updated quarterly.
  • Respond to service calls and preventive maintenance inspections orally or in writing through computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) regarding malfunctioning / inoperable equipment.
  • Use U.S. Army quality assurance procedures to ensure that the material used, and workmanship meet the requirements of the applicable DoD and military specifications, criteria, procedures, and technical / safety standards.
  • Provide electrical design input to engineering installation plans and Engineering Change Proposals (ECP).
  • Provide 24-hour, 7-day quick reaction technical support to mission critical equipment.
  • Perform power quality measurements on the commercial and technical power of the facility, and plan actions for correction of any deficiencies.
  • Support U.S. Army systems on site whenever and wherever deployed. Available to deploy to other countries and/or theaters to perform quick reaction technical support to U.S. forces worldwide military contingency missions and requirements in potentially hazardous work environments.
  • Electrician technicians shall perform a daily surveillance walk-through at the beginning and before the end of their shift of all position description related equipment to ensure equipment is operating efficiently.

QualificationsEducation Requirement:Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline.Clearance Requirement:U.S. Citizenship and an active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret clearance is required.Experience Requirement:Six (6) years professional technical experience which includes four (4) years specialized experience performing systems engineering processes.Skills / Technology Used:
