Systems supported across B40 and B60 include Dual Band Radar (DBR), Ground Air Task Oriented Radar (G/ATOR), AN/SPY-1, AN/SPY-6, Enhanced Radar Data Display System (ERDDS), Enhanced Coherent Data Collection System (ECDCS0, Littoral Combat Ship (LCS), and other sensor systems
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of systems engineering plans from requirements identification through design verification.
- Plan and execute engineering strategies in accordance with approved project acquisition strategies and plan.
- Perform requested aspects of technical analysis and systems engineering support to facilitate aspects of architecture design, interoperability, specification analysis and development, solutions implementation and systems sustainment of supported projects.
- Develop test and evaluation documentation, including laboratory testing plans, new technology evaluation documents, usability engineering documents and laboratory testing of SW/MW test articles developed by the product design agent.
- Research and develop systems/subsystem specification documents, including compliance, completeness and consistency of component and interface requirements with current and evolving system requirements, information architectures, and systems.
- Support signal processing activities, to include waveform, clutter management and electronic protection development; designing electronic compatibility into systems; and supporting data collection and analysis to determine effectiveness of signal processing systems.
- Duties may be conducted in government or contractor office or laboratory environments, as well as field work in direct support of USN/USMC organizations. This may include working onboard U.S. and/or foreign naval ships or vessels. on piers, in dry docks, or other field/non-office environments, as required.
- Must meet one or more of the following:
- (a) A bachelor’s degree from a school of engineering with at least one curriculum accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) as a professional engineering curriculum in one of the following:
- Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Electronics Engineering
- (b) A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in one of the following fields of study: Mathematics, Computer Science, or Physics
- (c) A master’s degree from an accredited college or university in one of the following fields of study:

Responsibilities
- Functional expert responsible for utilizing a wide range of technical expertise and knowledge to plan, develop, implement, review, analyze, measure, and improve maintenance concepts, policies, and procedures. Integrate and coordinate other logistic functional areas such as supply, transportation, financial management, engineering, storage, and the acquisition system into a cohesive and comprehensive logistics plan.
- Provide management oversight for execution of DoD and DA maintenance policies and procedures.
- Perform and manage a broad range of Logistics Support functions to include planning, material handling, procurement, emergency purchases, and quality control services.
- Research and determine sources of supply, stock numbers, costs, and reimbursable status of material. Prepare requisition documents and send to applicable sources. Assign document numbers and record the status / demand for material in document register.
- Monitor the status of requisitions in the document register. Provide status to customers and maintain a register of cancelled requisitions. Conduct monthly reconciliation of the document register and determine appropriate course of action.
- Knowledge of customs tariffs and duties, and coordination with foreign customs authorities to expedite movement of material through the customs process.
- Manage and provide logistics handling, status, and accountability of Lowest Replaceable Units (LRU), end items, supplies, and spare parts. Submit reports detailing the quantity on hand, quantity required, last purchase / maintenance action, and maintenance history for all mission equipment, and repaired items. Prepares Bill of Material (BOM) list for requisition / purchase authorization.
- Conduct market surveys on an as-required basis and provides written recommendations to the Government regarding those manufacturers / companies whose products best fulfill the Government's requirements.
- Manage and maintain the Logistics Management Information System (LMIS).
- Investigate and analyze existing databases to determine adequacy for managing and providing asset visibility. Provide recommendations for changes or improvements.
- Perform quality control functions relative to Spare Parts Review Initiatives (SPRINT).
- Perform detailed reviews of procurement and technical data packages for possible elimination of excessive Government and contractor specifications.
- Perform detailed logistics planning and analysis for lifecycle support.
- Attend and participate in logistics conferences, audits, design reviews, site surveys, and system and site assessments. Provide recommendations and supporting documentation on actions required for lifecycle support.
- Investigate mission requirements, provide fielding and scheduling recommendations for systems and equipment upgrades. Determine provisioning levels for spares. Provide product improvements, system upgrades, recommendations.
- Procure or lease operational emergency materials required for emergency repairs to sustain mission critical support equipment or restore mission to full operational status. Provide monthly status reports documenting each action taken.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited college or university with ten (10) years of experience in military Logistics; OR
- Civilian equivalent training and 14 years of experience.
- Must be a US Citizen with Final Top-Secret Clearance based upon a TIER 5 Background Investigation, and favorable eligibility determination for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) IAW ICD 704.

The PM reports directly to the Executive Director of Operations and is:
- Knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of project operations defined by the PWS.
- Physically located at Sumter, South Carolina and maintains close contact with the KO and A6 Government Points of Contact at Shaw AFB, SC.
- Performs overall managerial duties necessary for the successful performance of the CTSS V contract.
- Provides direction and guidance to personnel assigned to the contract and its subordinate Task Orders.
- The Government’s primary point of contact for the designated Government Contracting Officer (KO) for the day-to-day operation and maintenance (O&M) of each requirement and installation (site) where Contractor personnel are located.

ResponsibilitiesMajor Job Activities:
- Manage and direct the daily execution of multiple programs with within the CTSS V contract to ensure cost, schedules, and performance goals are met.
- Provides direct interface, communications, and coordination with internal and external customers on matters pertaining to existing contracts and future activities.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for electrical infrastructure of Unit facilities ensuring power to mission critical facilities maintained to include developing repair and renovation of electrical projects.
- Provide technical assistance and support in electrical maintenance, repair, installation, troubleshooting, and hands-on repairs.
- Install and maintain low-voltage (480/277, 600 volts) and below (50/60 HZ) single and multi-phase power wiring. Install feeder and branch circuits including conduit, service wire, fuse and breaker panels, switches, 235 outlets, junction and outlet boxes, lighting fixtures, splices, connectors, and ground wiring for red and black installations. Ensure that the material used, and workmanship meets the requirements of the applicable technical and safety standards.
- Knowledgeable of all current safety policies, procedures, and personal protection equipment (PPE) required for their assigned job description IAW OSHA safety standards. This includes, but not limited to, fall protection requirements and confined spaces. Technician shall wear appropriate safety equipment at all times while performing their assigned task.
- Attend periodic safety training classes related to the job description.
- Provide detailed reports on equipment failures, maintenance requirements, and lifecycle replacements.
- Submit work order documentation to DPW for building / equipment repairs.
- Perform a weekly inspection and a monthly load test on the Emergency Power Supply Systems (EPSS). Records shall be created and maintained for all EPSS inspections, operational tests, exercising, repairs, and modifications. NFPA 110 and manufacturer recommendations shall be used as a guide for routine maintenance and operational testing. A written schedule for routine maintenance and operational testing of the EPSS shall be established and updated quarterly.
- Respond to service calls and preventive maintenance inspections orally or in writing through computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) regarding malfunctioning / inoperable equipment.
- Use U.S. Army quality assurance procedures to ensure that the material used, and workmanship meet the requirements of the applicable DoD and military specifications, criteria, procedures, and technical / safety standards.
- Provide electrical design input to engineering installation plans and Engineering Change Proposals (ECP).
- Provide 24-hour, 7-day quick reaction technical support to mission critical equipment.
- Perform power quality measurements on the commercial and technical power of the facility, and plan actions for correction of any deficiencies.
- Support U.S. Army systems on site whenever and wherever deployed. Available to deploy to other countries and/or theaters to perform quick reaction technical support to U.S. forces worldwide military contingency missions and requirements in potentially hazardous work environments.
- Electrician technicians shall perform a daily surveillance walk-through at the beginning and before the end of their shift of all position description related equipment to ensure equipment is operating efficiently.
- Assist in oversight or escort for contractors on repair / renovation projects, as required.

Responsibilities
- Develops plans including budgets and schedules to meet contractual / project requirements for an assigned portion of a program. Supports program's forecasting with financial analytics.
- Participates in establishing and defining program plan requirements and conducts program plan studies.
- Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
- Prepares estimates to complete (ETC) and spend plans, audits subcontractor invoices, and provides briefings and related documentation and reports for financial assessments supporting corporate and Government requirements.
- Forecasts and tracks financial results throughout the year to meet budget projections.
- Organizes budget templates and data in a clear and intuitive manner.
- Helps identify financial or operating risks associated with the execution of the contract or project.
- Provides project summary status reports to management as required or requested.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent plus 2-4 years of related (technical program planning, implementation, contract interpretation, budget development, and/or government project administration) experience, OR
- Associate's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration with 4+ years of related experience.
- Must be a US Citizen with Final Top-Secret Clearance based upon a TIER 5 Background Investigation, and favorable eligibility determination for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) IAW ICD 704.
- Knowledge of DAR / FAR and other applicable government regulations.
- Integrated program analysis.
- Ability to quickly gain expertise in program-specific requirements.
- Budget preparation for complex projects.
- Narrative justification, preparation and presentation.
- Work with various types of Government funding with emphasis on U.S. Army.
- Demonstrated expertise in the use of Microsoft Excel applications.

ResponsibilitiesV2X is seeking properly licensed, trained, and qualified High-Voltage Electricians (HVE) capable of supporting the Government Customer's electrical system. HVEs shall be "on-call" 24/7 to support the system's operations.

Responsibilities
- Analyzes various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, or maintenance / repair activities for one or more programs.
- Conducts complex inventory, distribution and network studies, monitors inventory, and analyzes requirements in order to develop strategies to achieve desired delivery times.
- Collects, processes, and maintains data for analysis. Develops enterprise and/or program-level supply chain reports and metrics in areas such as transportation costs, parts procurement, back orders, and delivery processes for senior management.
- Identifies, evaluates and develops procedures that are cost effective and meet business objectives. Recommends improvements to existing or planned logistics processes.
- Monitors the external environment and internal trends to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) in the supply chain.
- Provides detailed analysis of end-to-end performance. Documents, tracks and reports the flow of materials and equipment between requestor, approver, buyer, vendor, freight forwarder, receiving HUB, and receiving site to ensure items are being delivered from the vendor, properly received at the freight forwarder, receipts and invoices match, and payments are authorized in a timely manner.
- Monitors inventory and analyzes requirements to assist in the development of strategies to achieve desired delivery times and order fill rates.
- Provides analytical support for projects, new business opportunities, and proposals.
- Coordinates logistics activities with internal / external customers.
- Point of contact for order status to requestors and supply-chain related queries to procurement and freight forwarders.
- Interacts with customers to understand their distribution network.
- May participate in inter-departmental task forces charged with improving supply chain performance.
- Develops new and refines existing internal analysis tools.
- Provides leadership and guidance to lower level analysts as needed.
- Knowledge in shipping, receiving, storing, issuing stock control measures, and accounting procedures.
- Establish and maintain stock records and other documents such as inventory, material control, accounting, and supply reports.
- Review and verify quantities received against bills of contracts, purchase requests, and shipping documents.
- Unload, unpack, count, segregate, palletize, and store incoming supplies and equipment
- Simplify and standardize the collection and use of maintenance data.
- Raise the quality and accuracy of performance, cost and parts data through improved maintenance management.
- Manage the deployment and redeployment of personnel and equipment.
- Associates Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited university / college with five (5) years of experience in military logistics, OR
- Civilian equivalent training in logistics and eight (8) years of experience.
- Must be a US Citizen with Final Top-Secret Clearance based upon a TIER 5 Background Investigation, and favorable eligibility determination for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) IAW ICD 704.
- Some positions or assignments may require a Counterintelligence (CI) Scope Polygraph, especially those requiring access to TDN2.
