Supports the day-to-day operations of the circuit management office. ResponsibilitiesMajor Job Activities:
- Prepare tactical request for service (TRFS) documents using the CENTCOM TRFS format and submit to CENTCOM/CCJO and the AFCENT/A6X CMO;
- Prepare documents using the DISA Direct Store Front circuit provisioning system and submit them to DISA;
- Prepare in-effect, exception, and delayed service reports for strategic circuits, using the Telecommunications Certification Office Support System completion report writer program, and for tactical circuits, using formatted email messages;
- Update and maintain a Tactical Request For Service (TRFS)/Telecommunication Service Request (TSR) log for tracking circuit actions;
- Maintain historical files, circuit history folders, and develop and maintain circuit layout records (CLR);
- Update and maintain the AFCENT portion of the Mission-Essential Circuit List using the CENTCOM Command Communications Service Designator website on Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet);
- Update and maintain link, trunk, circuit, and system diagrams for all AFCENT communications connectivity using Microsoft Visio;
- Deploy to locations supporting the AFCENT AOR to engineer, install/de-install, test, and document circuits, IAW Telecommunications Service Order (TSO) or Tactical Telecommunications Service Order (TTSO) requirements;
- Attend engineering planning, design, and review meetings supporting AFCENT, when required;
- Perform informal familiarization and training on the hardware and TCF operations, as required,
- Provide circuit engineering assistance to the AFCENT A63 Theater communications engineer;
- Provide troubleshooting assistance to A63 and AFCENT sites within theater;
- Review drawings and provide comments concerning communications requirements;
- Attend design and review meetings;
- Perform informal familiarization training on the hardware and operation of the facility.
- Working environment is a climate-controlled facility. Outdoor temperatures may exceed temperatures of 100 degrees Fahrenheit.

Responsibilities
- Analyzes various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, or maintenance / repair activities for one or more programs.
- Conducts complex inventory, distribution and network studies, monitors inventory, and analyzes requirements in order to develop strategies to achieve desired delivery times.
- Collects, processes, and maintains data for analysis. Develops enterprise and/or program-level supply chain reports and metrics in areas such as transportation costs, parts procurement, back orders, and delivery processes for senior management.
- Identifies, evaluates and develops procedures that are cost effective and meet business objectives. Recommends improvements to existing or planned logistics processes.
- Monitors the external environment and internal trends to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) in the supply chain.
- Provides detailed analysis of end-to-end performance. ResponsibilitiesV2X is seeking a Deputy Program Manager for a contingent program. The Deputy Program Manager (DPM), in the absence of the Program Manager, shall be fully responsible for the overall performance of the contract. The DPM shall be the secondary point through which communications, work assignments, and technical direction flow between the Government and the Contractor.Additional requirements are as follows:
- The DPM is expected to establish and maintain effective customer relationships with the goal of maintaining a mutually beneficial business relationship with the Government.

- Monitors the external environment and internal trends to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) in the supply chain.
- Provides detailed analysis of end-to-end performance. Responsibilities
- Sr. Facility Security Officer (FSO) responsible for establishing, maintaining, and operating a SCIF in an effective worldwide, comprehensive Security Program. Maintain security clearances, facilities, personnel, and a listing of approved personnel for access.
- Coordinate and monitor sensitive aspects of the DoD, DOE, or other industrial security program, ensuring compliance with government and company security policies and procedures.
- Monitor and conduct security briefings and security education programs.
- Investigate or oversee the investigation of losses and security violations and recommend corrective actions.
- Update inventories of SCI materials.
- Implement global and site-specific security procedures, checklists, process controls, and practices for SCI including preparation of documents and destruction of records.
- Interface with Government Special Security Officer (SSO) for approved / certified processes and periodic security inspections.
- Submit security clearance paperwork and supporting documentation through the SCI screening process.
- Manage the physical security of operating facilities, equipment, and documentation.
