Responsibilities
- Participates in the day-to-day provisioning, spares, or maintenance / repair activities for one or more programs.
- Prepares requisition documents and forwards to applicable sources.
- Maintains the document register, assigns document numbers, and records the status and demand for material.
- Monitors the status of requisitions in the document register.
- Provides status to customers and maintains a register of cancelled requisitions.
- Conducts a monthly reconciliation of the document register and determines appropriate courses of action.
- Maintain stock control levels and reorders parts.
- Requisitions, receives, stores, issues, segregates, cares, preserves, inspect, and accurately inventories equipment and repair parts. Processes repairable / turn-in items.
- Maintain accountability of equipment and equipment / supply stock age.
- Participates in the conduct of routine market surveys.
- Supports U.S. Army systems on site whenever and wherever deployed.
- Available to deploy to other countries and/or theaters to perform quick reaction technical support to U.S. forces worldwide, military contingency missions, and requirements in potentially hazardous work environments.
- Knowledge in shipping, receiving, storing, issuing stock control measures, and accounting procedures.
- Knowledge in handling, movement, storage, and maintenance of ammunition, medical and food supplies.
- Establish and maintain stock records and other documents such as inventory, material control, accounting, and supply reports.

- Associates Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited university / college, with two (2) years of experience in military logistics, OR
- Civilian equivalent training in Logistics and four (4) years of experience.
- Must be a US Citizen with Final Top-Secret Clearance based upon a TIER 5 Background Investigation, and favorable eligibility determination for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) IAW ICD 704.

Responsibilities

- All Source Intelligence for tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, production, and dissemination at all echelons from tactical to national in multi-domain environments.
- Conduct installation, de-installation, reconfiguration, modification work orders, and updates of computer hardware and software in local, regional, or global intelligence architectures including NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, NSANet, Special Access Programs (SAP) networks, and coalition networks.
- Assist with configuration assessments, fielding, testing, modernization, reset, de-fielding, demilitarization and disposal of sensitive equipment Inspect, test, diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on complex antenna and radio frequency distribution systems.
- Perform tests on electrical, electro-optical and electro-mechanical equipment using multi-meters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, bit error rate testers (BERT), signals survey equipment.
- Test other complex and specialized test measurement and diagnostic equipment (TMDE), wire diagrams, logic and signal flowcharts, technical manuals, troubleshooting charts, performance aids, schematic, and logic diagrams. Perform harmonic distortion test, wave ratio measurements, impedance mismatches measurements, reflectometry tests, and other distortion tests to isolate faults and take corrective action.
- Repair phase matched and fiber optics cables.
- Perform pre- and post-flight inspections on Aerial-Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance Systems (A-ISR) mission equipment and data link.
- Conduct Resourcing Repair Parts within an IMSA.
- Prepare equipment for transportation / shipment.

- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Logistics or Business Management from an accredited college / university plus ten (10) years of civilian equivalent or military training in MI Systems Maintenance and Integration; OR

- Four years of site lead experience.

Responsibilities
- Perform inspections on HVAC systems and components (e.g. heating units, building exhaust fans, ventilation units, etc.) to evaluate condition, identify necessary repairs, and recommend or perform preventive maintenance. Cleans, lubricates, and repacks the working parts of the system.
- Tracks performance of routine and preventative maintenance to ensure availability of HVAC systems and troubleshoot HVAC/R systems with complex problems and extensive repairs, requiring judgement to locate malfunctions.
- Respond to service calls and preventive maintenance inspections and produce reports in writing through computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) regarding malfunctioning / inoperable equipment.
- Respond to emergencies during and after hours to resolve issues. Diagnoses causes of problems and/or failures in HVAC systems for identifying equipment and/or systems repair and/or replacement needs.
- Install, repair, and maintain large commercial and industrial ventilation, refrigeration, air conditioning (AC), and cooling systems with complex problems and extensive repairs.
- Independently perform recurring work on exhaust fans, boilers, air handlers, pump, motors, air dryers, and other related HVAC equipment including, but not limited to, HVAC control and monitoring systems.
- Installs, modifies, overhauls, repairs, and maintains a variety of complex HVAC equipment air conditioning, air handlers, pumps, motors, valves, heating systems, and associated auxiliary and control equipment.
- Works with engineering or scientific personnel to discuss plans, modifications, and user needs. Reviews available plans, specifications, or drawings; determines the size, shape, and location of equipment.
- Performs design, modification, maintenance, and repair of critical environmental and energy support systems and associated highly sensitive state-of-the-art computerized controls and air quality monitoring systems located within US-Only areas of Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs).
- Provides critical advanced technical knowledge in support of unique security requirements inherent in Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs) operations including sound baffling techniques / equipment and the resolution of compromising electrical currents, as sustainment of high system availability rates.
- Produces classified technical documentation outlining in depth technical findings and recommendations.
- Provides design, emergency non-routine fault isolation of smoke removal systems, fire detection / suppression equipment used exclusively in critical, highly sensitive Military Forces installations.
- Performs system and subsystem diagnostics and scheduling and maintaining complex electronic environmental systems, calibration, and lubrication of unique components and controls used to provide and monitor precise environmental conditions within SCIFs housing unique military intelligence equipment, scientific devices, and technologies.
- Performs periodic, worldwide deployments in strategic and tactical mobile facility environments. Provides expert technical assistance for a 24-hour operational environment with limited documentation resources.
- Responds to off-duty (evening and weekend) calls to support critical system outages and to provide rapid fault isolation and resolution concerning environmental factors affecting ISR system performance to include developing technical documentation for ISR support system layouts.

- HVAC technicians shall perform a daily surveillance walk-through, at the beginning and before the end of their shift, of all position description related equipment locations to ensure equipment is operating efficiently.
- Technician shall be knowledgeable of all current safety policies, procedures, and required personal protection equipment (PPE) related to their assigned job description in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), facility, system equipment security, Environmental Compliance Assessment Protocol (ECAP) and National Electrical Code (NEC) safety standards.
- To include, but not limited to, fall protection requirements, confined spaces, oil spills and HVAC liquid chemicals handling.
- Technician shall also wear their appropriate safety equipment at all times while performing their assigned task.

- Uses a variety of hand tools, interpreting control drawings, plans and specifications to mount, assemble, test, and program the controls system.
- Maintain and update system schematics through red line system changes and create, if necessary, mechanical and control system schematics.
- Maintain logs of temperature, humidity, pressure differentials of operating rooms and other critical spaces.
- Make any repairs or adjustments to electrical controls of HVAC equipment to maintain temperature, humidity, and pressure differentials per regulatory requirements.
- As required, assist in oversight or escort for contractors on repair / renovation projects.
- College, Vocational School, or High School diploma or equivalent and a combination of 10 years of education and experience leading to licensure as a Master HVAC, or equivalent licensure or certification at a State level, OR
- 12 years of experience in an equivalent Military HVAC training / certification.

- Sustaining Engineering:
- Assess requirements for FMS customer country out-of-production aircraft, airborne weapons system, and SE spares; based upon the latest configuration data
- Supply Support:
- Assess spares support requirements for the customer countries Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and recommend modification to the range and depth of spares support for the GFE
- Analyze NAVAIR and Naval Inventory Control Point (NAVICP) GFE spares projections to provide recommendations to assure coverage for the operational requirements of customer countries.
- Assess requirements for customer country aircraft airborne weapon spares and recommend modifications to the acquisition and distribution of assets to provide for the adequate numbers of items stocked and quantities of each item.
- Track and report status of delivery of aircraft and airborne weapon system spares, including the projected receipt of undelivered material.
- Analyze and determine acceptable receipt dates to meet customer country requirements and develop recommended efficiencies for delivery shortfalls.
- Analyze and identify the availability and sources of out-of-production spares in the primary and secondary markets.
- Maintain and modify spare parts and support materials list database used to recommend and approve procurement quantities.
- Maintenance Planning & Management:
- Perform the following general tasks when ordered by the task order:
- Review Organization (O) and Intermediate (I) level ILS maintenance transition data for the customer’s country planned operating base(s).
- Identify problems affecting transition and recommend solutions for equipment and facilities shortages or other anticipated supportability problems in-country.
- Technical Data Management:
- Review and analyze foreign countries technical data and provide recommendations to improve the performance and operational readiness of the systems being supported.
- Facilities & Infrastructures:
- Provide recommendations for infrastructure modification, process changes and/or organizational realignments to improve performance and efficiency.

- Education:
- BS or BA Degree required.
- ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION:
- An additional five (5) years of acquisition or operational logistics management experience may be substituted for a BS or BA degree.
- A MS or MA degree may be substituted for two (2) years of operations logistics experience.
- Experience:
- At least six (6) years of experience in operational logistics support/maintenance engineering, or Demonstrated Master Logistician (DML) plus three (3) years of recent experience in acquisition logistics/maintenance engineering.
- Three (3) years of experience in technical analysis of operational ILS requirements.
- Three (3) years of specific experience in operational logistics planning.
- Experience or education demonstrating ability to perform ILS studies, analysis, and evaluations in support of DoD weapons systems/equipment.
