Responsibilities
- Plan and organize management of a project for successful completion and performance consistent with contractual requirements, Government regulations, and program objectives.
- Oversee and monitor project financial status and performance to maintain contract budget guidelines and schedules.
- Acquire follow-on business associated with established programs or supporting new business development by leading major proposal through subordinate project managers.

- Provide continuous integrity of highly classified and complex physical security systems installed in U.S. 251 Forces operational facilities worldwide. Travels to supported units / sites to apply engineering and technical expertise with Intrusion Detection Systems, Physical Security Enhancement System (PSEP), and access control systems.
- Provide GSA Container, vault, and pedestrian door locking device Inspection, maintenance and repair as required by supported MSC S2/SSO.
- Maintain Electronic Security Systems (ESS) as required by supported MSC S2/SSO to include semi-annual IDS testing for protected facilities.
- Apply advanced technical state-of- the-art integration of engineering models or prototypes, major system modifications to physical security systems, operations with fire detection and suppression systems, environmental systems, station power, and grounding systems to National Code and INSCOM configuration management regulations, standards and requirements.
- Perform complex Electromagnetic Interference / Radio Frequency Interference (EMI/RFI) analyses and make recommendations for mitigation. Maintain baseline information for U.S. military unique physical security systems.
- Perform complicated diagnostics, fault isolation, and maintenance of complex electronic analog and digital communications, telecommunications equipment, and Radio Frequency (RF) systems High Frequency through Microwave (HF through MW).

- Associate's degree in Electronics or related field from an accredited college / university with eight (8) years of experience in physical security systems; OR

Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter technical expert for project management relative to facilities, engineering, architecture, and management, to include detailed technical knowledge of applicable facility regulatory requirements and utility infrastructure systems (structural, architectural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, civil, and safety).
- Plan, schedule, and execute facility transformation plans and projects concerned with research, analysis, evaluation, completion of facilities, and engineering management programs involving operations, maintenance, repair and construction.
- Serve as office workplace representative in all short term and long-range facility planning efforts. Organize and manage implementation of facility maintenance, office renovations, reconfigurations, and furniture & finish installations.

- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline or Engineering Technology from an accredited college / university and ten (10) years of experience in facility operations.

Responsibilities
- Review, coordinate, collaborate and synchronize operational orders and contingency plans to ensure logistics readiness of all deploying INSCOM elements. Analyze mission requirements using the MDMP guidelines of Army Doctrine Reference Publication (ADRP) 5.0, ADRP 3.0, Joint Publication (JP) 3-0 and JP 4-0 to produce Operations Orders, Warning Orders, Fragmentary Orders, Concept Plans, acquisition strategies, implementation plans, and implementing directives.
- Coordinate G-4 planning efforts for mission and force structure changes necessitating program documentation for mid and long-range operational relocations and realignments of INSCOM units. - Plan and execute special studies, research actions, and management initiatives and coordinates actions with other Army Commands and HQDA Staff to assure adequacy of support to INSCOM and its subordinate units.
- Develop concepts of support, write papers, prepare briefing slides, and creates documentation to explain, justify, and authorize actions taken.

- Conduct market surveys on an as-required basis and provide written recommendations to the Government regarding those manufacturers / companies whose products best fulfill the Government's requirements.
- Manage and maintain the Logistics Management Information System (LMIS).
- Investigate and analyze existing databases to determine adequacy for managing and providing asset visibility. Provide recommendations for changes or improvements.

- Adhere to the Configuration Management (CM) requirements pertaining to hardware identification, change control and status.

Responsibilities
- Provide expertise to INSCOM and Intelligence Community worldwide sites on the electrical engineering aspects of the installation, modification, operation, and maintenance of facilities, mission systems, and support systems and power generation, distribution, and grounding systems.
- Demonstrate strong technical ability and creativity at a fundamental level.
- 2D and 3D electrical computer aided design and modeling.
- Develop complex plans based upon input from clients and personal knowledge, utilizing government standards.
- Develop facility designs to include building power systems, lighting design, and load calculations to meet critical electrical requirements.

- Provide leadership and training for other engineering team members.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited college / university with 8-10 years of diversified engineering experience in medium or low voltage power electrical equipment, integration, and maintenance of electrical equipment and systems.
- Professional registration is desirable but not mandatory.
- Must be a US Citizen with Final Top-Secret Clearance based upon a TIER 5 Background Investigation, and favorable eligibility determination for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) IAW ICD 704.

Responsibilities
- Conduct Production Control and Quality Assurance within an Intelligence Maintenance Support Activity.

- Perform installation, integration, configuration, employment, preventive maintenance, and precision alignment.

- Conduct installation, de-installation, reconfiguration, modification work orders, and updates of computer hardware and software in local, regional, or global intelligence architectures including NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, TDN2, Special Access Programs (SAP) networks, and coalition networks.
- Assist with configuration assessments, fielding, testing, modernization, reset, de-fielding, demilitarization, and disposal of sensitive equipment.
- Inspect, test, diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance on complex antenna and radio frequency distribution systems.
- Perform tests on electrical, electro-optical, and electro-mechanical equipment using multi-meters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, bit error rate testers (BERT), and signals survey equipment.
- Other complex / specialized test measurement and diagnostic equipment (TMDE), wire diagrams, logic and signal flow charts, technical manuals, troubleshooting charts, performance aids, schematic and logic diagrams.
- Perform harmonic distortion test, wave ratio measurements, impedance mismatches measurements, reflectometry test, and other distortion tests to isolate faults and take corrective action.
- Repair phase matched and fiber optics cables.
- Perform pre- and post-flight inspections on Aerial-Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance Systems (A-ISR) mission equipment and data links.

- Associate's degree in Electronics or related field from an accredited college / university and four (4) years of relevant experience; OR

- Information assurance certifications for Tier III computer, servers, networks and global intelligence architectures integration and maintenance (six months waiver for Tier II certification).
- Possess IAT Tier I and II as applicable for the roles and functions of computing environment positions.
