Responsibilities
- Conduct Production Control and Quality Assurance within an Intelligence Maintenance Support Activity.
- Forecast, schedule and work loading within an Intelligence Maintenance Support Activity.
- Perform installation, integration, configuration, employment, preventive maintenance, and precision alignment.
- Support detailed and complicated diagnostics, troubleshooting, corrective maintenance, electronics monitoring, and teardown of complex Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) and systems supporting SIGINT, FISINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, CI, TECHINT and OSINT.
- All Source Intelligence for tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, production, and dissemination at all echelons from tactical to national in multi-domain environments.
- Conduct installation, de-installation, reconfiguration, modification work orders, and updates of computer hardware and software in local, regional, or global intelligence architectures including NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, TDN2, Special Access Programs (SAP) networks, and coalition networks.
- Assist with configuration assessments, fielding, testing, modernization, reset, de-fielding, demilitarization, and disposal of sensitive equipment.
- Inspect, test, diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance on complex antenna and radio frequency distribution systems.
- Perform tests on electrical, electro-optical, and electro-mechanical equipment using multi-meters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, bit error rate testers (BERT), and signals survey equipment.
- Other complex / specialized test measurement and diagnostic equipment (TMDE), wire diagrams, logic and signal flow charts, technical manuals, troubleshooting charts, performance aids, schematic and logic diagrams.
- Perform harmonic distortion test, wave ratio measurements, impedance mismatches measurements, reflectometry test, and other distortion tests to isolate faults and take corrective action.
- Repair phase matched and fiber optics cables.
- Perform pre- and post-flight inspections on Aerial-Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance Systems (A-ISR) mission equipment and data links.
- Conduct Resourcing Repair Parts within an Intelligence Maintenance Support Activity (IMSA).
- Manage a calibration program.
- Conduct maintenance training.
- Manage a safety program for an IMSA.
- Prepare equipment for transportation or shipment.
- Prepare maintenance, property accountability and transportation forms and records.
- Associate's degree in Electronics or related field from an accredited college / university and four (4) years of relevant experience; OR
- Six (6) years of military or civilian equivalent training in Military Intelligence (MI) Systems Maintenance and Integration.
- Information assurance certifications for Tier III computer, servers, networks and global intelligence architectures integration and maintenance (six months waiver for Tier II certification).
- Possess IAT Tier I and II as applicable for the roles and functions of computing environment positions.
- Government reserves the right to require Tier III certification for any positions performing IAT Level III functions (six months waiver authorized with verified Tier II certification).

Responsibilities
- Serves as Project Manager and Senior Technical Consultant for advanced electronics design, upgrade and maintenance projects tasked under this Task Order. Acts as the technical advisor to the Program Manager.
- Provides planning, design, initial fielding, testing, and training for complex, special purpose U.S. communications systems and equipment used to support critical Intelligence and Electronic Warfare (IEW) systems.
- Assures systems and equipment operations and maintenance comply with physical, operational, security, safety, environmental and communications regulations and equipment specifications.
- Leads project teams deployed worldwide to install, maintain and upgrade complex electronic mission systems, security systems, and antennas. Supports U.S. Army systems on-site whenever and wherever deployed.
- Researches requirements and data to develop design specifications to support deployable U.S. Army equipment within Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF’s). Employs state-of-the-art data collection equipment to monitor the functioning of electronic, communications, and related equipment.
- Performs complex electromagnetic interference / radio frequency interference (EMI / RFI) analyses and makes recommendations for mitigation. Maintains baseline information for US military-unique physical security systems.
- Coordinates the technical requirements of the contract and exchanges technical information on projects among contract supported locations.
- Provides technical oversight to the work of more junior engineers and technicians.
- Manages subcontracts under this PWS. Coordinates with subcontract personnel and manages the utilization of resources for these efforts.

Responsibilities
- Plans and schedules work to be performed by facility technicians, including electricians, HVAC technicians, maintenance mechanics and grounds maintenance personnel based on facility preventive maintenance plans, priority service orders, and the available man-hours for each facility trade.
- Receives and reviews work order requests and incorporates the scheduling of work with the continuing maintenance requirements.
- Plans work to coincide with the receipt of required supplies, working closely with the facility managers and trade discipline foremen in obtaining supplies required to perform individual jobs.
- Prepares weekly schedules showing total man-hours required for recurring maintenance and service orders.
- Ensures that trade shops are fully utilized and productive. Maintains a "look ahead" schedule to reflect work to be accomplished in each shop six weeks in the future.
- Compiles, prepares, and generates various reports, records, statistics, listings, charts and graphs, or other Facility Preventive Maintenance (PM) related information as requested.
- Conducts market research and prepares purchase requests for leadership approval, to procure supplies for the accomplishment of preventive maintenance and customer service orders. Works with shop foremen to identify material requirements. Plans procurements to ensure materials arrive in time for completion of the service orders.
- Accepts customer service calls and creates service orders.
- Participates in the review of incoming work requests to determine, based on established work request priority methodology, which jobs can be accomplished most effectively by the shops.
- Interacts with customers and advises customers on status of their work requests.

ResponsibilitiesAircraft Machinist personnel shall set up and operate all types of conventional machines, computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines and related equipment in the manufacture, rework, and repair of aircraft parts and components. An aircraft machinist shall set up and perform machining operations on conventional and CNC machine tools such as grinders, milling machines, lathes, and drills. Contractor personnel shall set up and operate 2, 3, 4, and 5 axis machining centers, electrical discharge machines, electron beam welders, electrolytic chemical grinders, and CNC grinders. An aircraft machinist shall be able to use a variety of machine tool attachments or related equipment to perform precision machine work; maintain accuracy in accordance with requirements of blueprints, drawings, sketches, work documents, aircraft technical documents, manuals, bulletins, and directives; produce assigned work in accordance with established standards; and perform all work in compliance with all safety rules and regulations in the production shop environment. Additionally, an Aircraft Machinist we are looking should already have an experience working with different type of Naval aircraft, removing deep corrosion, bearing and bushings removals, and should be able to assess damage and types of repairs requiring machining operations.
- Reads and interprets specifications manuals, blueprints, engineering specifications, templates, and layouts to determine machining operation to be performed.
- Computes dimensions and tolerance and measures and lays out work pieces.
- Verifies dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers. Trouble shoots, debugs, and modifies to achieve expected performance.
- Adjust and set up machining tolls for use by operators.
- Cross train in all qualification requirements of Sheet Metal Mechanic needed to support production requirements.
- Responsible for observing and complying with all applicable safety requirements and reporting any unsafe practices or conditions.
- Expected to go up and down aircraft to remove and install aircraft components or take appropriate measurements, removing deep corrosions on aircraft structures and can be able to assess and come up with a plan to repair damage on aircraft structures and components which involves machining operations.
- Administrative Duties and Material & Equipment Directly Used:
- Complete all training required by FRCSW and V2X.
- Submit timesheets, track work hours, provide training to new artisans.
- Assist in maintaining NAMP Programs, ensure contract artisans follow Ground Operating Procedures, and ensure personnel comply with safety procedures.
- Key Responsibilities:
- The contractor will be assigned in the V-22, H-53 and C-130 aircraft repairs involving Aircraft Machinist functions and will generally be assigned to set up and operate all types of conventional machines, computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines and related equipment in the manufacture, rework, and repair of aircraft parts and components.

Responsibilities

- Installs, modifies, overhauls, repairs, and maintains a variety of complex HVAC equipment air conditioning, air handlers, pumps, motors, valves, heating systems, and associated auxiliary and control equipment.
- Works with engineering or scientific personnel to discuss plans, modifications, and user needs. Reviews available plans, specifications, or drawings; determines the size, shape, and location of equipment.
- Performs design, modification, maintenance, and repair of critical environmental and energy support systems and associated highly sensitive state-of-the-art computerized controls and air quality monitoring systems located within US-Only areas of Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs).
- Provides critical advanced technical knowledge in support of unique security requirements inherent in Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs) operations including sound baffling techniques / equipment and the resolution of compromising electrical currents, as sustainment of high system availability rates.
- Produces classified technical documentation outlining in depth technical findings and recommendations.
- Provides design, emergency non-routine fault isolation of smoke removal systems, fire detection / suppression equipment used exclusively in critical, highly sensitive Military Forces installations.

Responsibilities

- Apply advanced technical state-of- the-art integration of engineering models or prototypes, major system modifications to physical security systems, operations with fire detection and suppression systems, environmental systems, station power, and grounding systems to National Code and INSCOM configuration management regulations, standards and requirements.
- Perform complex Electromagnetic Interference / Radio Frequency Interference (EMI/RFI) analyses and make recommendations for mitigation. Maintain baseline information for U.S. military unique physical security systems.
- Perform complicated diagnostics, fault isolation, and maintenance of complex electronic analog and digital communications, telecommunications equipment, and Radio Frequency (RF) systems High Frequency through Microwave (HF through MW).
- Representative of this equipment are antennas, preamplifiers, receivers, demodulators, converters, fiber optic systems, computers, graphic workstations, printers, recorders, analog and digital displays, input / output devices, Local Area Network (LANs), and test equipment.
- Configure, test, and install unique proprietary computer software and hardware for physical security systems. Perform software updates and modifications, graphics changes, additions, historical and operating system backups.
