As a dedicated partner to INSCOM G4, Team V2X is committed to enhancing readiness as part of Combined, Joint, and IC interdependent teams supporting tactical, operational, and strategic intelligence units, personnel, ground and aerial intelligence equipment, operation facilities, and infrastructure from multiple CONUS and OCONUS locations.This position is contingent upon successful contract award to V2X.#clearance
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for completing various general and specialized trade skills including, but not limited to, electrical, carpentry, painting, concrete, plumbing, welding, drywall, door hardware, or various ceiling and flooring systems.
  • Duties may also include maintenance of structures surrounding a facility such as fencing, gates, area lighting, sidewalks, and pavements.
  • Responsible for infrastructure sustainment activities.
  • Repair and change locks in the building and perform complex lock servicing to ensure maximum safety of all people.
  • Responsible for the disassembly, movement, reassembly, and installation of facility furnishings.
  • Responsible for developing supply estimates for various projects, gathering technical data, evaluating / formulating safety procedures, and material and fiscal requirements for assigned projects.
  • May assist project coordinator in planning, cost estimating, designing, developing, and completing local projects.
  • Technician shall be knowledgeable of all current safety policies, procedures, and required personal protection equipment (PPE) related to their job description, in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), facility, system equipment security, Environmental Compliance Assessment Protocol (ECAP) and National Electrical Code (NEC) safety standards.
  • To include, but not limited to, fall protection requirements, confined spaces, oil spills and HVAC liquid chemicals handling. Technician shall also wear their appropriate safety equipment at all times while performing their assigned task.
  • Technicians shall also be required to periodically attend safety training classes related to their job description.
  • Able to lift and/or carry objects up to 50 pounds, as well as climb ladders, walking up several flights of stairs, working on elevated surfaces, and/or work in unusual or uncomfortable body positions or environmental conditions.
  • Some positions involve performance of work outdoors during various weather conditions.
  • As required, assist in oversight or escort for contractors on repair / renovation projects.
QualificationsEducation / Certifications:
  • Vocational or High School Diploma or equivalent, plus at least seven (7) years of experience as a General Maintenance Mechanic.
Security Clearance Requirement:
  • Must be a US Citizen with Final Top-Secret Clearance based upon a TIER 5 Background Investigation, and favorable eligibility determination for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) IAW ICD 704.
  • Some positions or assignments may require a Counterintelligence (CI) Scope Polygraph, especially those requiring access to TDN2.
Experience / Skills:
  • Experience in troubleshooting techniques in order to determine exact problems and tackle them accordingly.
  • Excellent ability to communicate system problems to both co-workers and management for proper understanding.
  • Exhibit good mechanical skills to handle equipment to avoid causing injuries to self and others on ground.
  • Must have ability to evaluate computer-related work orders in accurate manner.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct Production Control and Quality Assurance within an Intelligence Maintenance Support Activity.
  • Forecast, schedule and work loading within an Intelligence Maintenance Support Activity.
  • Perform installation, integration, configuration, employment, preventive maintenance, and precision alignment.
  • Support detailed and complicated diagnostics, troubleshooting, corrective maintenance, electronics monitoring, and teardown of complex Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) and systems supporting SIGINT, FISINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, CI, TECHINT and OSINT.
  • All Source Intelligence for tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, production, and dissemination at all echelons from tactical to national in multi-domain environments.
  • Conduct installation, de-installation, reconfiguration, modification work orders, and updates of computer hardware and software in local, regional, or global intelligence architectures including NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, TDN2, Special Access Programs (SAP) networks, and coalition networks.
  • Assist with configuration assessments, fielding, testing, modernization, reset, de-fielding, demilitarization, and disposal of sensitive equipment.
  • Inspect, test, diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance on complex antenna and radio frequency distribution systems.
  • Perform tests on electrical, electro-optical, and electro-mechanical equipment using multi-meters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, bit error rate testers (BERT), and signals survey equipment.
  • Other complex / specialized test measurement and diagnostic equipment (TMDE), wire diagrams, logic and signal flow charts, technical manuals, troubleshooting charts, performance aids, schematic and logic diagrams.
  • Perform harmonic distortion test, wave ratio measurements, impedance mismatches measurements, reflectometry test, and other distortion tests to isolate faults and take corrective action.
  • Repair phase matched and fiber optics cables.
  • Perform pre- and post-flight inspections on Aerial-Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance Systems (A-ISR) mission equipment and data links.
  • Conduct Resourcing Repair Parts within an Intelligence Maintenance Support Activity (IMSA).
  • Manage a calibration program.
  • Conduct maintenance training.
  • Manage a safety program for an IMSA.
  • Prepare equipment for transportation or shipment.
  • Prepare maintenance, property accountability and transportation forms and records.
QualificationsEducation / Certifications:
  • Associate's degree in Electronics or related field from an accredited college / university and four (4) years of relevant experience; OR
  • Six (6) years of military or civilian equivalent training in Military Intelligence (MI) Systems Maintenance and Integration.
  • Information assurance certifications for Tier III computer, servers, networks and global intelligence architectures integration and maintenance (six months waiver for Tier II certification).
  • Possess IAT Tier I and II as applicable for the roles and functions of computing environment positions.
  • Government reserves the right to require Tier III certification for any positions performing IAT Level III functions (six months waiver authorized with verified Tier II certification).
Security Clearance Requirement:
  • Must be a US Citizen with Final Top-Secret Clearance based upon a TIER 5 Background Investigation, and favorable eligibility determination for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) IAW ICD 704.
  • Some positions or assignments may require a Counterintelligence (CI) Scope Polygraph, especially those requiring access to TDN2.
Experience / Skills:
  • Able to maneuver in small spaces and lift 50lbs.
  • Experience on maintenance and integration on one or more of the following:

  • Tactical Command Data Link (TDCL);
  • Distributed Common Ground Station - Army (DCGS-A);

  • Biometrics collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination equipment;
  • CI / HUMINT support systems;
  • TROJAN systems or satellite communication terminals providing TDN2, TENCAP systems; and
  • Intelligence non-standard equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Adhere to the Configuration Management (CM) requirements pertaining to hardware identification, change control and status.
  • Assure the continuity of product design configuration by reviewing and analyzing initial drawings / documents and implementing subsequent approved engineering changes in relation to drawings / documents.
  • Ensure all applicable specifications or MIL-Standard requirements have been adhered to.
  • Assist program personnel in the preparation of complex Engineering Change Proposals (ECP) and related documents resulting from a change request.
  • Collect engineering data from program engineering and support functions. Provide for systematic release and distribution of formal drawings and associated documentation
  • Review engineering drawings / documents to compare them with existing “on the ground” hardware configuration and recommend appropriate change.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with functional personnel in Engineering, Quality, Logistics, Procurement, and Manufacturing during the fabrication / production phases for implementation and approved releases, changes, and audits.
  • Maintain an effective working relationship with customers and configuration management personnel to obtain, interpret, and transmit engineering data.
  • Maintain current program engineering files and assists in establishing and implementing “as built” records and status accounting systems for a program.
  • Coordinate Configuration Control Board activities which include, but are not limited to, establishing the agenda, recording approvals / non-approvals, and establishing and maintaining Action Item Lists.
  • Assure all necessary data is available.
  • Develops comprehensive knowledge of hardware development, production, and operational phases of programs.
  • Maintain configuration management database (CMDB) and system documentation.
  • Process on a regular cycle discrepancy report, requirements, build reports, investigation reports, request for changes and operation change requests.
  • Assist in changes to the CM process, responsible for establishing and maintaining both new and existing schedules.
  • Improve and develop the process, working methods and tools.
  • Liaise with the customer to ensure requirements are met and ensure the CMDB integrity.
  • Implement approved changes to CMDB structure including attributes and relationships.
QualificationsEducation / Certifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college / university or equivalent with 7-8 years of related experience, OR
  • Military or civilian equivalent training and 10-12 years of direct experience.

  • Responsible for configuration status accounting. Tracks all problems and changes in product documents and reports changes and current configuration.
  • Responsible for configuration audits.
  • Supports audits to verify that requirements of all baselines have been met. Supports quality assurance process audits and manage staff of configuration specialists for a new software development application.
  • Provides leadership for less experienced CM specialists.

ResponsibilitiesV2X is seeking a Facility Operations Manager (FOM) for a contingent program. The FOM will be responsible for providing day-to-day facilities management for all areas of the contract.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field OR at least seven years of experience in a similar position, managing efforts of similar size and scope.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating and managing trades teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in clearly communicating (verbally and written) facility operations events.
  • Working knowledge of all trades associated with Facilities, Sustainment, Renovation, and Modernization tasks included in the Government's contract.

  • Demonstrate strong technical ability and creativity at a fundamental level.
  • 2D and 3D electrical computer aided design and modeling.
  • Develop complex plans based upon input from clients and personal knowledge, utilizing government standards.
  • Develop facility designs to include building power systems, lighting design, and load calculations to meet critical electrical requirements.
  • Prepare construction drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
  • Provide leadership and training for other engineering team members.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) regarding electrical facility design, construction, maintenance, and operation.
  • Provide building and facilities condition assessments for electrical systems.
  • Perform electrical engineering power system calculations including, load flow, short circuit, and arc flash and coordination studies.
  • Serve as a technical expert for electromagnetic interference mitigation.
  • Review facility and equipment design packages to verify technical correctness and compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
  • Ensure the proper installation and operation of complex uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) and generator systems that maintain highly reliable and redundant power to critical equipment.
  • Perform quality assurance of electrical construction, to ensure the quality of workmanship and compliance with standards.
  • Provide SME input to the preparation of technical publications including INSCOM regulations and pamphlets.
  • Immediately deployable to worldwide locations in potentially hazardous work environments to perform QRC / technical support to U.S. forces.
QualificationsEducation / Certifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited college / university with 8-10 years of diversified engineering experience in medium or low voltage power electrical equipment, integration, and maintenance of electrical equipment and systems.
  • Professional registration is desirable but not mandatory.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct Production Control and Quality Assurance within an Intelligence Maintenance Support Activity.
  • Forecast, schedule and work loading within an Intelligence Maintenance Support Activity.
  • Perform installation, integration, configuration, employment, preventive maintenance, and precision alignment.
  • Support detailed and complicated diagnostics, troubleshooting, corrective maintenance, electronics monitoring, and teardown of complex Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) and systems supporting SIGINT, FISINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, CI, TECHINT and OSINT.
  • All Source Intelligence for tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, production, and dissemination at all echelons from tactical to national in multi-domain environments.
  • Conduct installation, de-installation, reconfiguration, modification work orders, and updates of computer hardware and software in local, regional, or global intelligence architectures including NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, TDN2, Special Access Programs (SAP) networks, and coalition networks.
  • Assist with configuration assessments, fielding, testing, modernization, reset, de-fielding, demilitarization, and disposal of sensitive equipment.
  • Inspect, test, diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance on complex antenna and radio frequency distribution systems.
  • Perform tests on electrical, electro-optical, and electro-mechanical equipment using multi-meters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, bit error rate testers (BERT), and signals survey equipment.
  • Other complex / specialized test measurement and diagnostic equipment (TMDE), wire diagrams, logic and signal flow charts, technical manuals, troubleshooting charts, performance aids, schematic and logic diagrams.
  • Perform harmonic distortion test, wave ratio measurements, impedance mismatches measurements, reflectometry test, and other distortion tests to isolate faults and take corrective action.
  • Repair phase matched and fiber optics cables.
  • Perform pre- and post-flight inspections on Aerial-Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance Systems (A-ISR) mission equipment and data links.
  • Conduct Resourcing Repair Parts within an Intelligence Maintenance Support Activity (IMSA).
  • Manage a calibration program.
  • Conduct maintenance training.
  • Manage a safety program for an IMSA.
  • Prepare equipment for transportation or shipment.
  • Prepare maintenance, property accountability and transportation forms and records.
QualificationsEducation / Certifications:
  • Associate's degree in Electronics or related field from an accredited college / university and four (4) years of relevant experience; OR
  • Six (6) years of military or civilian equivalent training in Military Intelligence (MI) Systems Maintenance and Integration.
  • Information assurance certifications for Tier III computer, servers, networks and global intelligence architectures integration and maintenance (six months waiver for Tier II certification).
  • Possess IAT Tier I and II as applicable for the roles and functions of computing environment positions.
  • Government reserves the right to require Tier III certification for any positions performing IAT Level III functions (six months waiver authorized with verified Tier II certification).
Security Clearance Requirement:

Responsibilities
  • Analyzes various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, or maintenance / repair activities for one or more programs.
  • Conducts complex inventory, distribution and network studies, monitors inventory, and analyzes requirements in order to develop strategies to achieve desired delivery times.
  • Collects, processes, and maintains data for analysis. Develops enterprise and/or program-level supply chain reports and metrics in areas such as transportation costs, parts procurement, back orders, and delivery processes for senior management.
  • Identifies, evaluates and develops procedures that are cost effective and meet business objectives. Recommends improvements to existing or planned logistics processes.
  • Monitors the external environment and internal trends to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) in the supply chain.
  • Provides detailed analysis of end-to-end performance. Documents, tracks and reports the flow of materials and equipment between requestor, approver, buyer, vendor, freight forwarder, receiving HUB, and receiving site to ensure items are being delivered from the vendor, properly received at the freight forwarder, receipts and invoices match, and payments are authorized in a timely manner.
  • Monitors inventory and analyzes requirements to assist in the development of strategies to achieve desired delivery times and order fill rates.
  • Provides analytical support for projects, new business opportunities, and proposals.

ResponsibilitiesV2X is seeking a Deputy Program Manager for a contingent program. The Deputy Program Manager (DPM), in the absence of the Program Manager, shall be fully responsible for the overall performance of the contract. This role will primarily work at the program office located on Patrick Space Force Base (PSFB), FL facilitating collaboration with Key Subcontractors, the Customer Team, Program and Functional Support team members, and is a direct report to the Mobile Sensors Program Manager.This position requires some travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations for an estimated annual rate of 15%.
QualificationsJob Responsibilities:
  • Lead all engineering activities that support the Technical Baseline.
  • Support alignment of business technical roadmaps with customer’s requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a Lead Engineer succession plan, mentors potential successors and junior program engineers.
  • Provide oversight and review all program metrics for engineering, ensuring application of Technical Performance across the program as a means for measuring technical progress and assessing risk.
