Onboarding New Partners:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners to facilitate smooth onboarding and address any compliance-related queries or concerns.

Risk Assessment and Control Recommendations:

• Evaluate and recommend appropriate monitoring controls based on the inherent risks identified during the onboarding process.
• Apply broad industry, operational risk, and regulatory knowledge to drive onboarding excellence

Cross team collaboration:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as Legal, Risk Management, and Business Development, to obtain necessary information and approvals for client onboarding.
• Act as a SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members related to Enterprise Due Diligence processes and compliance requirements

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written English skills (additional language skills are a plus) with the ability to clearly articulate your thoughts.
• A minimum of two (2) years of financial services industry regulatory compliance experience, preferably at a bank, trading, payments, or fintech institution
• Skilled in investigation and business notation, specializing in evaluating risk assessments and compliance documentation, able to make decisions based on these

• Develop, implement, and oversee COMSEC policies and procedures for the LAAFB COMSEC account, ensuring compliance with AFMAN 17-1302-O, MPTO 00-33B-5001, CNSSI 4001, 4003, 4004.1 & 4005, and NSA 3-16 across multiple sites.
• Provide oversight and enforcement of COMSEC operations, ensuring proper management, safeguarding, and accountability of COMSEC materials and equipment.
• Lead risk management efforts related to COMSEC material security, identifying potential vulnerabilities and implementing corrective actions.
• Manage COMSEC personnel and operations, ensuring adherence to federal security standards, conducting training, and overseeing operational effectiveness.
• Advise on and develop COMSEC policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with applicable government directives and evolving security requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between Government representatives, senior leadership, and internal teams for all COMSEC-related policy and compliance matters.
• Ensure compliance with all required regulations and directives by leading audits, assessments, and process evaluations to maintain operational integrity.
• Perform all duties required in the absence of the Government COMSEC representative, ensuring continuity of operations and compliance with applicable security standards.
