  • Responsible for the overall project management, execution, and personnel supervision in accordance with PWS and V2X standards.
  • Responsible for successful implementation and completion of all contractual matters and CDRL reports as specified in the PWS in conjunction with the Program Management Office Task Order Manager.
  • Shall be located on site at all times during standard duty hours to oversee, perform and verify requirements are completed to meet or exceed the PWS standards.
  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining a comprehensive quality and safety program in compliance with V2X, OSHA and United States Air Force (USAF) requirements.
  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining a comprehensive, flexible, and properly documented training program.
  • Responsible for proper utilization and safeguarding of all government and contractor provided property (e.g., to include government facilities, equipment, and tools).
  • Manage subcontracts put in place to support contract requirements.
  • Responsible for precise execution of company time reporting procedures and accurate completion of timesheet.
  • Participates in long-range planning; and assists the Ascension Base Commander (Det 2 CC) in representing the USG, the U.S. Air Force and the U.S. Space Force with the host nation and local community.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Working Environment:
  • Work will be primarily indoors but may be outdoors to support various events.
  • Exposure to heat, cold, dust, noise, chemicals may occur.
Other Requirements:
  • Overtime and shift work may be required depending on contractual needs.
  • Employee must comply with all Federal, State and Local regulations and published Company work rules as well as written instructions.
  • Task specific work environment training will be provided as required.
  • Must be prepared to function in a wartime environment to support U. S. interests.
  • 100% Overseas Assignment.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
  • Must have at least six (6) years of experience as a supervisor; four (4) years of experiences as a site manager, deputy program manager, or program manager; and a minimum of ten (10) years of experience related to the requirements and qualifications necessary to manage and perform the tasks outlined in the PWS to include experience managing day-to-day operations; participating in long-range planning; and assisting in the representation of the USG with HNs and local communities.
Education / Certifications:
  • Licensed Professional Engineer preferred.
  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited college or university.
  • Must have a current, valid U. S. Passport and U. S. Driver’s License.
  • Must have and maintain a valid U. S. SECRET Security Clearance prior to deployment.
  • Must be able to pass employment and deployment qualification requirements that include psychological, medical, dental, drug testing, background checks, etc.
Experience / Skills:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the management industry with a minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
  • Experience as an Engineering Flight Chief in an Air Force Civil Engineer Squadron is desirable.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • FAA Mechanics Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant Rating.

  • Lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must not be allergic to fuels, oils, hydraulic fluids and cleaning solvents.
  • Work and bend in confined work space.
  • Must have manual dexterity required for technician.
  • Must be able to repeatedly enter and exit aircraft using stationary steps/stairs.
ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Knowledgeable and experienced using computers and aircraft software.
  • Successful completion of at least one (1) Maintenance School is a plus.
  • Engine Run and Taxi qualified on business jet aircraft, preferably on Dassault Falcon Jet, Gulfstream, Citation, Bombardier, Lear Jet, Challenger, Global Express, Hawker Beechcraft, Embraer, etc. aircraft is a plus.
