• The Pediatrician must have an MD or equivalent, be board certified or board eligible in Pediatrics with the ability to obtain an unrestricted PA license.
• Must have demonstrated experience in performing procedures for neonatology-well born care including neonatal resuscitation, intubation, lumbar puncture, peripheral venous access, umbilical catheter placement, and circumcision.
• J1 and H1B visa sponsorship available.

Opportunity Details:

• 14 shifts per month
• 7on/7off
• 24-hour in-house is not required during the 7-day week
• Neonatal NPs provide in-house night coverage and reduce night call-in
• Coverage of pediatric, nursery and newborn patients as well as inpatient consults
• Twenty-two bassinets for Level 1, 8 beds for Level 2 neonatal, 1600 deliveries per year and 12-bed pediatric unit
• Opportunity for extra shifts for additional income
• Clinical academic appointment
• Cerner EMR

Compensation:

• Sign-on bonus
• Relocation assistance
• CME allowance of $4,000
